HotHouse

HotHouse is "The Center for International Performance and Exhibition", a non-profit organization located in the south loop.

For years, HotHouse was serviced by a one-man IT department. When that one man changed the direction of his life, and moved across the country, HotHouse needed help.

For about the same price HotHouse was spending on their one part-time technician, HotHouse now has a team of technicians at their beck and call. Madison Geeks installed antivirus software on all the computers, setup the ability for HotHouse staff to connect to the network from home and work remotely, repaired the finicky wireless network, setup a central fileserver, and initiated daily on- and off-site backups of all important data.

In addition the any emergencies that arise, or additional work that needs to be done, Madison Geeks staff is on-site at HotHouse twice a week to address any technology issues or concerns had by HotHouse staff.
